Tonight! August 13, 2011! Tesla Appreciation Show and Zine Release Party!

Come out and celebrate the life of the famous and mysterious Croatian-born, Serbian inventor Nikola Tesla! Snacks, bands, and performance art! Also, pick up a copy of the second edition of "The Unlikely—yet True—Love of Nikola Tesla and Captain Ahab"!

The 3rd Annual Lo(w) Falls Film Festival!

That's right folks--the third annual Lo(w) Falls Film Festival is right around the corner! Submissions welcomed from local folks making local film shorts over the past year--could be fiction or non-fiction! Everyone wins with the Lo(w) Falls Film Festival! Local talent will be displayed on the wall at the Flying Squirrel Community Space. Pieces shouldn't be longer than 40 minutes. Bring your submissions to the screening--dvd, vhs, or other formats.
